By accessing or using Ike's Edge, purchasing a membership, joining a community, viewing content, or interacting with our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Ike's Edge services.
1. Educational Use Only
Ike's Edge provides educational market commentary, trade ideas, stock ideas, watchlists, portfolio-style updates, alerts, community discussion, and related materials for informational and educational purposes only.
Nothing provided by Ike's Edge should be construed as personalized investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, tax advice, legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or avoid any security, option, futures contract, financial instrument, or trading strategy.
You are solely responsible for your own decisions.
2. No Investment Adviser, Broker-Dealer, or Fiduciary Relationship
Ike's Edge is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial adviser, tax adviser, attorney, or fiduciary.
Your use of Ike's Edge does not create an advisory, fiduciary, professional-client, broker-customer, or similar relationship.

3. Trading and Investing Risk
Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including the possible loss of principal. Options, margin trading, short-duration strategies, intraday trading, and leveraged products may involve heightened risk and may not be suitable for all individuals.
You understand and agree that:
- You may lose money.
- Losses may occur quickly.
- Past performance does not guarantee future results.

- Execution prices, fills, timing, spreads, commissions, fees, slippage, and platform delays can affect outcomes.
- Your individual results may differ from any example, alert, discussion, or performance summary.

4. Memberships, Access, and Whop
Ike's Edge memberships, billing, access permissions, subscription management, cancellations, renewals, receipts, taxes, and related commerce functions may be managed through Whop or another third-party platform.
Your purchase and use of Whop may also be governed by Whop's own terms, privacy policy, checkout disclosures, refund policies, and platform rules.
Ike's Edge may offer different memberships, including but not limited to Ike's Trades and Stock Picks. Each membership may provide access to different content, communities, alerts, resources, or features.
Access may change based on subscription status, payment status, product availability, platform limitations, or changes to the services.
5. Pricing, Billing, Cancellations, and Refunds
Membership pricing, billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation rights, free trials if any, discounts if any, and refund terms are shown at checkout or within the applicable membership platform.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, memberships may renew automatically until canceled.
You are responsible for reviewing all checkout terms before purchasing.
Cancellations and billing changes are generally managed through Whop or the applicable third-party commerce platform.
Refund eligibility, if any, is subject to the terms presented at checkout, the applicable platform rules, and Ike's Edge's then-current policies.
6. No Guarantee of Availability or Results
Ike's Edge does not guarantee:
- Any specific trading result.
- Any specific investment return.
- That any trade idea or stock idea will be profitable.
- That any alert will be delivered instantly.
- That any content will be posted on a fixed schedule.
- That every market day will produce a setup.
- That services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
Market commentary, alerts, watchlists, portfolio updates, and educational materials may depend on market conditions, available setups, platform availability, business judgment, and other factors.
7. Alerts, Trade Ideas, and Stock Ideas
Trade alerts, stock ideas, watchlists, portfolio-style updates, and similar content are educational and informational only.
You should not blindly copy or follow any alert, trade idea, stock idea, or discussion. You are responsible for evaluating suitability, risk, position size, timing, execution, and whether any idea fits your own circumstances.
Ike's Edge may discuss entries, exits, adjustments, risk-management context, market levels, options structures, stock ideas, watchlists, or portfolio-style updates, but you remain solely responsible for any action you take.
8. Performance Reporting
Any performance reporting, examples, screenshots, summaries, or discussions are provided for educational and transparency purposes only.
Performance information may relate to a specific strategy, period, methodology, trade set, or portfolio category and should not be assumed to represent all Ike's Edge activity or future outcomes.
Past performance, whether actual, hypothetical, simulated, backtested, modeled, or illustrative, does not guarantee future results.
Performance results may not account for all individual costs, fees, commissions, taxes, slippage, execution differences, margin requirements, account restrictions, or member-specific circumstances.
9. Community Rules and User Conduct
Ike's Edge may provide access to communities, lounges, chats, comment areas, or other interactive spaces.
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, abuse, or attack other users.
- Post unlawful, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, or abusive content.
- Share another person's private information without permission.
- Post spam, scams, malware, phishing links, or misleading promotions.
- Impersonate Ike's Edge, Ike, staff, moderators, or other members.
- Solicit members for unrelated products or services without permission.
- Share brokerage login credentials, passwords, account numbers, or other sensitive information.
- Misrepresent results, screenshots, or trading activity.
- Violate platform rules, Whop rules, or applicable law.
Ike's Edge may remove content, restrict access, suspend users, or terminate membership access for conduct that violates these Terms, platform rules, or community standards.
10. User Content
If you submit, post, upload, send, or share content with Ike's Edge or within an Ike's Edge community, including messages, comments, screenshots, feedback, trade examples, reviews, or testimonials, you are responsible for that content.
You represent that you have the right to share the content you submit and that your content does not violate the rights of others or applicable law.
You should not post confidential, sensitive, personal, financial, brokerage, or account-access information in community spaces.
Subject to applicable law and privacy requirements, Ike's Edge may use feedback, comments, questions, screenshots, examples, or testimonials for support, service improvement, moderation, educational, or marketing purposes where permitted.
11. Intellectual Property
Ike's Edge content, including educational materials, alerts, trade commentary, stock watchlists, portfolio-style updates, graphics, logos, website content, videos, documents, dashboards, frameworks, layouts, and other materials, is owned by Ike's Edge or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
You may use Ike's Edge content for your personal, non-commercial use as part of your membership.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, publish, scrape, upload, share, sublicense, or create derivative works from Ike's Edge content without written permission.
You may not share paid member content outside the membership area unless Ike's Edge expressly permits it.
12. Third-Party Platforms, Tools, and Links
Ike's Edge may use or link to third-party platforms, including Whop, Discord, Telegram, YouTube, Google, payment processors, brokers, charting platforms, data providers, or other tools.
Ike's Edge does not control third-party platforms and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, terms, outages, delays, errors, or failures.
Your use of third-party platforms is subject to their own terms and policies.
13. Technology, Delivery, and Latency
Online services, trading platforms, payment systems, communication tools, and alert delivery systems may experience delays, outages, bugs, or failures.
You understand that alerts, messages, emails, community posts, or platform updates may be delayed, missed, duplicated, unavailable, or affected by technical issues.
Ike's Edge is not responsible for trading losses, missed opportunities, execution differences, or other damages caused by technical problems, platform delays, delivery latency, internet issues, or third-party failures.
14. Prohibited Use
You may not use Ike's Edge services to:
- Violate any law, regulation, platform rule, or third-party right.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or redistribute paid content.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit Ike's Edge materials.
- Share your login or membership access with unauthorized users.
- Use bots, automated tools, or unauthorized scripts to access content.
- Interfere with site security, community operations, or service availability.
- Make false claims about Ike's Edge, its services, staff, or results.
- Use Ike's Edge content to provide competing paid services without permission.
15. Changes to Services
Ike's Edge may add, remove, modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, feature, membership, content area, alert type, strategy discussion, resource, community area, or pricing structure at any time.

Ike's Edge does not warrant that content, alerts, data, analysis, platforms, or services will be accurate, complete, timely, secure, uninterrupted, or suitable for your individual circumstances.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ike's Edge and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, and service providers will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or similar damages, including trading losses, investment losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, data loss, business interruption, or platform-related losses.

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the United States and the applicable state law determined by Ike's Edge's business location or governing business documents, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or related to Ike's Edge, these Terms, memberships, services, content, or communities should first be addressed by contacting Ike's Edge so the parties can attempt to resolve the issue informally.
Final governing-law, venue, arbitration, class-action waiver, and dispute-resolution provisions should be reviewed by legal counsel before publication.
21. Age and Eligibility
Ike's Edge services are intended for adults who are legally able to purchase and use trading-related educational services.
